  • Joint-Venture between TREECO & Soder Real Estate Equities LLC.
  • The Joint-Venture purchased a 10,500 SF building located within the Bostons' Downtown Crossings neighborhood, which had been vacant for over three years. The building was an eyesore to one of Bostons' largest submarket. The building sits directly across the street from a Macy's full line department store. Attributes about the location include: Five subway lines within four blocks, 165,000 office workers, 250,000 pedestrian foot traffic daily, 14,000 college students, 530 retail businesses, and over 2,000 hotel rooms. Approximately 60,000 people live within one mile and earn on average of over $120,000 annually.
  • TREECO and Soder renovated the building and leased the entire 10,500 SF on three floors to F.C. USA INC., doing business as Liberty Travel for their Boston flagship.
  • We worked with the Boston Redevelopment Agency to transform this eyesore into an exciting retail building that the City of Boston could be proud to have in their core office and retail district.
